Suggested Timer's Briefing

Suggested Stroke Briefing

In order to officiate in the CSA regularly scheduled dual meets, you must attend a CSA 2008 Training Clinic or hold a current USAS certification as a Stroke & Turn judge, Starter or Referee.

If you have been a stroke and turn official in past years and take the clinic for Referee/Starter this year, you will be certified for stroke and turn as well.

If you are certifying as a Stroke & Turn judge for the first time, we strongly recommend that each new official “apprentice” alongside a seasoned CSA official for the first two meets.

All CSA teams are required to provide an official for Day One (Thursday) of CSA Championship Meet. Officials for Day Two and Day Three of the CSA Championship meet must be USAS certified.
